Creating a data-led media strategy

Since our appointment in the summer of 2016, we have worked collaboratively with the team at Historic Royal Palaces to drive new and repeat visits and memberships of six of the most wonderful palaces in the world: Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens in Northern Ireland.

Using an agile, data-led planning approach, we devise and deliver a full funnel integrated media plan which reaches a broad audience at all possible stages of the customer journey, with engaging content, offering reasons to visit now, be that a temporary exhibition, a festival, a seasonal event, or simply to enjoy the many treasures, inside and out, that these amazing spaces offer.
