The Science Museum asked AKA to develop a creative execution that tied together all of their summer events but more importantly, acted as a broader ‘destination campaign’ that appealed to their core family market.

In a departure from the usual paid-for format, the organisation’s main exhibitions and workshops are completely free-of-charge throughout the holiday period – so we knew this had to be front and centre of our design.

Playing on the word ‘free’ and with a focus on Space having huge appeal for families, this final artwork and copy evokes a sense of adventure and curiosity that clearly speaks to the Science Museum’s target audience.
