AKA commissioned PR stunt agency Sketch Events to build an exciting experiential activation for the launch of National Army Museum’s summer programme of events; Summer Mission: Fun & Games.  

People of all ages were invited to take part in an exciting checkpoint tank race, navigating their way across a map of London landmarks to the finish point at the National Army Museum.

Participants who crossed the line first were named on the ‘Be the Best’ leader board, kitted out in a tank driver and encouraged to post a selfie alongside their name and time, whilst sharing the #TankChallenge hashtag to increase engagement.

Designed to invite positive participation and encourage visits to the museum, the bespoke activation was built with flexibility in mind. The course can be dropped into both internal and external promotional spaces and can be used for future experiences both at the museum and off-site.

Aimed at commuters, London day-trippers and families, this activation could spotted at Victoria Station, Duke of York Square and at the National Army Museum itself!
