This role is responsible for analysing sales trends on West End theatre shows and making data-driven recommendations for increasing audiences and ticket sales.
The Insight Manager will analyse data from theatre box offices to support recommendations which drive audiences to buy tickets, and supports other teams in developing marketing strategy, media buying and promotions with a data-driven approach. They present trends and analysis weekly to producers and the work is varied between in-depth data analysis and client-facing meetings. The department is responsible for analysis of major West End plays and musicals and your work will directly contribute to their success.
The Insight Manager is part of the Box Office and Ticketing department, reporting to the Head of Sales and Ticketing, and as part of their duties the Insight Manager will also be expected to provide holiday and sickness cover where appropriate.
