With previews less than a month away, AKA recently released a second short film featuring TINA book writer and Olivier Award-winner Katori Hall. Hall visits Nutbush, Tennessee where Tina grew up to discover her journey from small town girl to major music icon.

Tina’s music and story has inspired so many. In light of her legacy, AKA has launched a social media initiative to encourage fans to share their favourite Tina moment using #myTINA. Broadway star Heather Headley, Olivier-nominated actress Cush Jumbo, and Strictly Come Dancing star Joanne Clifton were among those who shared what Tina means to them. In the words of Katori Hall, “Tina Turner means love. Tina Turner means resilience. Tina Turner means, the sky is the limit”. What better day to share your love for this iconic lady than on International Women’s Day!
