We are absolutely delighted that our client Tate St Ives were announced as winners of Art Fund Museum of the Year 2018, the largest museum prize in the world and one of the UK’s most prestigious cultural events. The £100,000 award was presented by renowned artist Isaac Julien and ‘world’s best teacher’ Andria Zafirakou at a glittering ceremony at the V&A in London.
With V&A and Hepworth Wakefield winning in 2016 and 2017 respectively, it is the third year in a row that an AKA client has walked away with the coveted title and prize! Congratulations to Tate St Ives, as well as all the other finalists; Glasgow Women’s Library, The Postal Museum, Brooklands Museum and Ferens Art Gallery.
