AKA are thrilled to be working with Access Entertainment on their inaugural ‘Live at the Haymarket’ series, bringing the world’s greatest talents to the stage of the Theatre Royal Haymarket. This exciting calendar of events kicks off on Sunday 14th July with global sensation Ed Sheeran performing an exclusive gig in aid of leading West End education charity, the Theatre Royal Haymarket Masterclass Trust.
We evolved the brand to include a ‘Live at the Haymarket’ specific colour and hand-scrawl font, that was used both organically and via paid advertising across the organisations social channels. This drove customers to a Ticket Lottery mechanic hosted on the Haymarket website, where they could register for the chance to secure tickets to this exclusive gig.
Working in conjunction with the Theatre Royal Haymarket and Hill+ Knowlton Strategies press team, AKA promoted the lottery for two months, achieving over 20,000 entries before winners were contacted three weeks ahead of the event.
