Our new content hub for the National Theatre’s latest transfer Great Britain is now up and running – a first for a live entertainment client!

The Guardian was an obvious choice as an advertising partner given the extensive editorial coverage that the paper has given to the phone hacking scandal; and their ethos of open journalism, championed by Alan Rusbridger. Of course, we were keen to make the most of the synergy between the content of the play and the editorial positioning of the Guardian.

The hub contains an introduction article; an interview with Lucy Punch; an article covering eleven key moments in tabloid history; an article on nine juicy scandals that have inspired great art; and an interview with Richard Bean. The hub also hosts the trailer, an image gallery, and a competition page to win tickets to see the play.
