AKA have launched a summer hand-to-hand Culture in the Capital distribution campaign. This multi-client leaflet features theatre on one side and museums and galleries on the other, along with a helpful map highlighting all the cultural institutions featured. Culture in the Capital was distributed at key tourist hot spots, such as Wimbledon and The British Summer Time festival. They will also be distributed on Thames Clippers boats throughout July and August. Over the summer London is expecting nearly 2 million overnight domestic tourists and 4 million international tourists, along with the tens of millions of domestic day visitors to the capital. Culture is the main reason why tourists visit London, this campaign is a highly cost effective way to reach visitors in these very busy months, positioning these productions and exhibitions as the must see and must visit things to do during their stay.
