aka designs website for theatre charity

aka’s digital division, connect, are honoured to have designed a brand new website for the Bravo 22 Company – a project created in partnership with charity Masterclass, the Royal British Legion and the Royal Theatre Haymarket. The Bravo 22 Company has been established to give wounded, injured and sick military service personnel a recovery capability programme.

Thanks in part to the fantastic support from artistic director Sir Trevor Nunn and actor Ray Winstone, the personnel who have signed up to Bravo 22 will be creating and performing a new play called ‘The Two Worlds of Charlie F’.

The play explores the individual stories of 30 wounded, injured and sick service personnel in recovery units across the UK and is a unique project developed to use the theatre as an empowering and active experience that will aid their recovery process. Stephen Rayne, whose numerous credits include the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Hamlet and The Cherry Orchard at the National Theatre, will be directing.

We are thrilled to be involved with this charity which puts theatre to such good use. Best wishes to the Bravo 22 Company for their production!
